Any winnings generated by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be voided and forfeited. dkaka7 will cooperate fully with any lawful inquiry from authorities regarding underage access.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number as applicable).

Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using the identity details of another person — is a serious breach of these Terms. dkaka7 employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Accounts for which satisfactory KYC documents have not been provided may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

dkaka7 may impose a temporary hold on withdrawals while identity verification, KYC checks, or fraud investigations are in progress. The platform will notify the affected player via email and aims to resolve all holds within five business days. During public holidays — including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Bangladesh National Holidays — bank transfer processing times may be extended.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all dkaka7 promotions:

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, dkaka7 will aim to complete its investigation within ten business days. During a suspension, withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawal processed promptly.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, net of any amounts recoverable by dkaka7 as a result of the breach. Bonus funds and any winnings derived primarily from bonus funds will be forfeited.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before requesting closure, ensure you have withdrawn any remaining real-money balance. dkaka7 will process voluntary closure requests within five business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion.
